The Good Food Bakery is a home-based bakery in Chattanooga, TN that specializes in making delicious food that just so happens to be free of gluten-containing ingredients. My goal is to bake delicious versions of the classic baked goods that you love to eat. I pride myself on using high-quality, clean ingredients - organic and local when possible - because what you get out can only be as good as what you put in. All bakes are small-batch and handmade fresh to order.

A pop-up bake is a special sale that contains seasonal items and the opportunity to buy in smaller quantities. I often try out new products at these events, and if they are well received, they get added to the permanent menu!
